Additionally, we live in an experience economy, and crafting engaging, educational, and entertaining experiences is crucial to customer retention. Both primary and secondary research, as well as multiple different methods of data collection, were crucial to learning about a problem and developing an appropriate solution. I found that both my initial interviews with clients and makers were extremely valuable in informing me what problems I wanted to further investigate and address.\\nWith more time, I would have liked to further develop the social aspect of the app and enable more user-to-user interaction that would encourage folks to play. Future versions will attempt to address this by offering a feature that allows users to post clips and images of them playing or of their guitars, however, I would have liked to do some user testing to determine if my audience would benefit from other forms of engagement, such as virtually challenging or inviting friends.\\n\\nSome clients even expressed a desire to include a Chat GPT feature inside the app so they could conduct their own research and discuss topics like guitar history, build features, wood properties, and countless other prompts that could be created. \",[x]:\"Click Here to View Prototype in Figma\",[A]:\"\"},{index:1,id:\"uvHgzpIR5\",[n]:\"PropertyPay\",[o]:\"Mutual of Omaha Bank, 2019\",[s]:\"\",[a]:\"propertypay\",[r]:I({src:\"https://framerusercontent.com/images/ubecTzycCudod1GPiOoXWUO7MXU.png\",srcSet:\"https://framerusercontent.com/images/ubecTzycCudod1GPiOoXWUO7MXU.png?scale-down-to=512 512w,https://framerusercontent.com/images/ubecTzycCudod1GPiOoXWUO7MXU.png?scale-down-to=1024 1024w,https://framerusercontent.com/images/ubecTzycCudod1GPiOoXWUO7MXU.png 1995w\"},\"\"),[i]:\"Mutual of Omaha Bank (MOOB) is one the largest processors of Home Owner Association (HOA) payments in the country. The main reason for the vast majority of customers sending in checks was the existing platform was confusing and the flow of the payment process was reversed. The user went through the entire payment process, minus the actual submission of payment, and THEN logged into the system. This included the entering of Credit Card info. This created distrust of the system as you entered CC info before logging in. Additionally, the branding of the site was different than the PMC, and often times the PMC's logo was nowhere to be found. This reinforced the issue of trust.
