# Sales productivity tools that give sellers their time back.

> Ricavi is an AI sales assistant through your day: the brief before each call, live prompts only you see, and CRM updates drafted for you to approve.

This is the Markdown version of Ricavi’s page for sellers, written for AI assistants. It follows the page section by section. The figures are the page’s approved figures. The names, times and scores in the screens shown on the page are an example: one Brightwell sales call.

## The five things on this page

1. Ricavi does the writing around each call.
2. Four presses. Ricavi writes the rest.
3. Only you see the sidebar on the call.
4. Nothing reaches your CRM until you say yes.
5. Help before, during, and after each call.

## For sellers

Ricavi is an AI sales assistant for your sales calls. You get a brief before each call, coaching while you talk, and the follow-up drafted when you hang up. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

- Security and data: SOC 2 Type I and II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and no external training on your data.

## What Ricavi does for a seller, in 20 seconds

- **A brief before calls.** Ricavi emails a brief from your CRM 30 minutes before each call.
- **Coaching only you see.** A sidebar beside the call says what to ask next.
- **Drafts wait for you.** The follow-up and the CRM update are drafted for you to approve.
- **Private while you sell.** Your manager sees the call after it ends, not your sidebar.
- **83%:** less admin. Ricavi writes the call notes and drafts the follow-ups. It updates the CRM once you approve.

## A seller’s day: one call, four presses.

Ricavi is your AI sales assistant. It writes the brief, the call notes, the follow-up, and the CRM update. Here is one call, and what you press.

1. **Prep.** Before the call, press Prep. Your brief is built from your CRM.
2. **Start recording.** When the call starts, press Start recording.
3. **On the call.** During the call you press nothing. The sidebar speaks up when a step is still open.
4. **Send email.** After the call, the follow-up is drafted for you. Press Send email.
5. **Update CRM.** The stage change is drafted too. Press Update CRM.

Four presses. Ricavi wrote the rest, and nothing went out until you pressed.

## Will you feel watched? Your manager sees the call after it ends.

While the call is live, only you see the Ricavi sidebar. Your admin sets the recording and access rules.

- During the call: the prospect sees an ordinary call. Nothing is added to it, and no bot joins by default. You see the same call with the Ricavi panel beside it. Only you see the nudge.
- Recordings and transcripts of your calls: you and your manager see them. Your admin sets which calls are recorded.
- Your scorecards: your manager sees them too, scored on the method the whole team uses.
- Your coaching chats: private unless you share them. Your manager sees shared chats, read-only.

## Where Ricavi sits: an AI-powered sales assistant that waits for your yes.

Ricavi works with your calls and your CRM. From what the buyer said, it drafts the follow-up email and the CRM update. Nothing is sent or saved to your CRM until you press it.

- Calls come in from Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Ricavi sits above your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics). Account, deal, and contacts come up; drafted updates go down only once you approve them.
- Alongside: Google Calendar and Outlook, so the pre-call brief lands 30 minutes before each call; Google Drive and OneDrive, connected at onboarding.
- Not a DIY product. Installed and monitored by sales and technical leaders.

## Under the bonnet: built on how sales is taught, not bolted on.

Your team sells with a method, like MEDDPICC or BANT. Ricavi checks each call against it. Any sales methodology, or build your own. Behind Ricavi are 20 years of the founders’ sales coaching and 5,000+ built-in skills.

Built by builders: Dave builds companies, Regan builds sales teams, and Luigi builds performance.

> “I have been working with the team at Ricavi for the last two months and already achieved higher conversion rates and a faster sales cycle.” Stuart Cook, MD, TWIYO

## What a customer said

> “Ricavi has helped me generate 50% more net new opportunities. Over an 11-week period, I was able to secure 12 new deals, resulting in a 38% increase in our quarterly sales.” Conor Bell, Account Executive, HubSpot

## What should sales productivity tools do for a seller?

Sales productivity tools should take the work around each call off your desk. You get a brief before the call and help during it. After it, the notes and a scorecard are ready, and the follow-up and CRM updates wait for you to approve. The test is simple: more of your day with buyers.

| When | What Ricavi does | What you’d use instead |
|---|---|---|
| Before the call | A brief with the account, attendees, and past notes from your CRM. | Typing it up yourself: search the CRM and your inbox. |
| During the call | Prompts you in the moment, while the buyer is still talking. | A note-taker: recording, no help. A manager’s review: no help while the buyer is talking. |
| After the call | A scorecard tied to moments in the call, and drafts you approve. | A note-taker: a summary of what was said, no coaching. Typing it up yourself: the notes, the follow-up, and the CRM update, by hand. |
| Between calls | Role-play against an AI-simulated prospect, in a coaching chat already loaded with the call. | A manager’s review: a week later, and only for the calls there’s time to hear. |

Sales efficiency is the revenue you win for the time you spend selling. For a seller, the lever is hours. A week is a typical wait for a call review, not a measured figure.

## FAQ: what sellers ask first

### What should sales productivity tools do for a seller?
Sales productivity tools should **take the work around each call off your desk**. You get a brief before the call and help during it. After it, the notes and a scorecard are ready, and the follow-up and CRM updates wait for you to approve. The test is simple: more of your day with buyers.

### What is AI sales assistant software?
AI sales assistant software **does the work around your sales calls**. Ricavi is an AI sales call assistant for Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. It emails you a brief before the call and coaches you in a sidebar only you see. Afterwards, it writes the notes and drafts the follow-up and CRM update for you to approve.

### How is Ricavi different from other sales productivity tools?
Most sales productivity tools do one job, like recording the call or drafting an email. Ricavi **covers the work around the whole call**: the brief, live coaching, the summary, the follow-up, and the CRM updates. It works from your CRM and your sales method. Nothing is sent or written until you approve it.

### Will my buyer see a bot on the call?
Not unless your company chooses one. **By default no bot joins and no notification appears.** Recording mode, retention, and which calls are recorded are set by your admin to match your consent requirements. Your admin can also have a bot join under a name they choose.

### Which calls does Ricavi work on?
**Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meetings**, through the Chrome extension. Ricavi records the audio of those calls. It doesn’t record phone calls or in-person meetings. So the sidebar, the scorecard, and the drafts all come from your online meetings.

### Will the drafted emails sound like me?
When you set it up, you pick a style for your drafts. There are three: warm and conversational, professional and direct, or concise and action-oriented. **You can edit every draft before it’s sent.** Each follow-up goes from your own connected email account.

### What if I disagree with my scorecard?
Check it against the call. **Key moments are timestamped and linked to the recording**, so you can replay the part in question and decide for yourself. For a second view, open the coaching chat on that call and talk it through. The chat stays private unless you share it.

### Do I have to use the sidebar on every call?
No. **You run the call your way.** Glance at the sidebar when you want your methodology coverage or a suggested response to an objection. The rest of the time, you can ignore it and keep your attention on the buyer.

### How hard is it to set up?
Your admin connects the CRM and sets the recording rules. **You install the Chrome extension and connect your calendar**, Google Calendar or Outlook. Each brief arrives 30 minutes before the call. From then on, Ricavi works on your calls, starting with the next one.
