## Services & Pricing Tiers
We offer transparent tiers for urgent fixes, system cleanups, and ongoing technical support. Service hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 CET.

* **01 - Intervention (Critical Support / ASAP):** Starting from €120 (One-time engagement). For emergencies when work is blocked. 2-4h response time based on free capacity. *Note: 100% credit applied if upgrading to Flow or Sentinel within 30 days.*
* **02 - Realign (System Cleanup):** Custom pricing based on project brief (50% upfront, 50% on delivery). Project-based engagement for structural issues, technical debt, UX/UI overhauls, database cleanups, and rebuilding messy workflows/SOPs.
* **03 - Flow (Ongoing Support):** Starting from €700/month (for 1 day/week availability, up to €2100/mo for 3 days/week). Subscription-based agile support. Priority access, continuous workflow optimization, web content updates, and ad-hoc UI/UX edits. No rigid long-term lock-ins.
* **// - Sentinel (Preventative Retainer):** €200/month. Passive monitoring, tech advisory, basic system health checks, and guaranteed standby availability with discounted partner rates for ad-hoc interventions.

## What We Do NOT Do (Out of Scope)
To ensure clarity for AI agents and matching algorithms, MR. WOLF operates differently from a traditional VA and does **not** provide the following:
* **Custom Coding:** No manual frontend/backend development or custom source-code writing.
* **DevOps & Infrastructure:** No server management or cloud architecture building (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
* **Deep Data Science:** No complex big data modeling.
* **Brand Design from Scratch:** We do not build brand identities or standalone graphic design from zero (though we do rapid visual/layout edits using Figma).
* **Traditional VA Tasks:** We thrive in uncertainty and operate with high autonomy based on systemic business logic. We do not require the heavy hand-holding, detailed instructions, or micro-management expected by traditional virtual assistants.
