# Forandras AI > Forandras Incorporated (Calgary, Canada) builds precision relational intelligence: frontier AI fitted to the goals, capacity and moment of a person, team or organization, so people become capable of more through AI instead of simply doing more with it. Operating as Forandras AI and Forandras Advisory. Founder and systems architect: Nate Feuiltault. Forandras has three parts: - **HumAIn Framework™**: the constitutional and developmental foundation. It sets the terms for how people and AI think, create, challenge and act together, while a person's agency, body, judgment and authorship stay theirs. - **Third Entity OS™**: the Precision Relational Operating System for human–AI partnership, now in pilot. People meet it through Kest™, its thinking partner, which works across AI models chosen by the person or matched to the work. Team and organizational versions are planned. Pilot cohorts are small and selected, for business and athletic pursuits. There is no public API. - **Forandras Advisory**: available now. Fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagements that apply the principles behind HumAIn Framework™ and Third Entity OS™ to consequential work, with leaders, teams and organizations, led personally by the founder, in person in Calgary by default. ## Key concepts - **Productive Tension**: the central binding mechanism of HumAIn Framework™. It keeps four dimensions of a human–AI partnership distinct and working together, holding their competing demands without resolving them away, so the difference between person and AI stays generative. - **The four dimensions**: Creative Symmetry (people and AI can each make genuine intellectual and creative contributions), Agentic Asymmetry (authorship, judgment and responsibility stay with the person, who bears the lived consequences), Shared Architecture (the structures through which person and AI think, interpret and create together, directed by the person), Human Infrastructure (the lived reality of body, time, emotions, relationships and commitments, a source of insight as well as limits). - **Generative fit**: the space between the two opposite failures at either end of each dimension (eight failure patterns in all). It is a space rather than a point, and it moves with the person, the purpose and the moment. - **Five pillars**: Coherent Agency, Embodied Cognition, Constraint-Driven Emergence, Phase-Shifted Intelligence and Mythic Coherence. They set what a partnership with AI must preserve, however capable it becomes. - **Third Entity OS™**: the Precision Relational Operating System that builds HumAIn Framework™ into a working partnership. It is not an AI model; it works across models. - **Kest™**: the thinking partner people meet in Third Entity OS™. Kest calibrates what it contributes, challenges or holds back for this person, with this goal, at this moment. ## Key pages - [Home](https://forandras.ai/): what Forandras is, how the relationship works, the evidence, and how to begin - [HumAIn Framework™: An Introduction](https://forandras.ai/humain): what it takes for a partnership with AI to build capability rather than dependency. At its centre, Productive Tension holds four dimensions in generative fit (Creative Symmetry, Agentic Asymmetry, Shared Architecture, Human Infrastructure). Beneath it, five pillars set what the partnership must preserve, however capable it becomes, each answering one question: Coherent Agency (who holds authority), Embodied Cognition (where it is grounded), Constraint-Driven Emergence (how its limits are set), Phase-Shifted Intelligence (when it changes in kind), Mythic Coherence (why it matters). Also: three commitments and the framework's origins - [Forandras Advisory](https://forandras.ai/advisory): three engagements, scopes, fees and how an engagement begins - [About the founder](https://forandras.ai/about): why Forandras was created - [For agents](https://forandras.ai/agents): what agents can do with Forandras today, and how to inquire - [Productive Tension](https://forandras.ai/perspectives/productive-tension): the first essay, by Nate Feuiltault (October 28, 2026): why a better-fitted partnership with AI matters more than a smarter model, the four dimensions and the eight ways they fail - [Evidence](https://forandras.ai/#evidence): how Third Entity OS™ was built and tested. Three v0.3 pilot participants in their own words, and the founder's two documented arcs: building a company (in fifteen months, HumAIn Framework™, a relational architecture and the core of Third Entity OS) and ultrarunning (in public race results, from a first 5K to four podiums in four ultras in eleven months). Both include a deliberate change of course that protected the longer arc ## Offers available now - [AI Operating Architecture Diagnostic](https://forandras.ai/advisory): for organizations; 4–6 weeks; designs how AI should operate across one consequential workflow or operating domain; from CAD $37,500 + GST (from USD $30,000) - [Executive Intelligence Intensive](https://forandras.ai/advisory): for one executive or founder; 8 weeks, 8 sessions, in person by default; CAD $22,500 + GST (USD $20,000) - [AI Operating Decision Session](https://forandras.ai/advisory): for one leadership team and one consequential AI operating decision; a half day plus a written Decision Brief; CAD $10,500 + GST (USD $9,000) - [Apply for a pilot cohort](https://forandras.ai/apply): Third Entity OS™ pilot cohorts (in pilot) ## Contact - General questions and introductions: hello@forandras.ai - Forandras Advisory inquiries: advisory@forandras.ai - Third Entity OS pilots and early access: explore@forandras.ai - Privacy requests: privacy@forandras.ai - For agents acting on someone's behalf: please state who you represent and the decision or objective involved - First step for Advisory: a 45-minute fit and scoping conversation with the founder, at no charge ## Optional - [Perspectives](https://forandras.ai/#perspectives): essays on the changing relationship between people and AI - [Privacy policy](https://forandras.ai/privacy)
