# Hotel contract test worksheet

Fictional training data only. This is not a supplier offer, an approved commercial contract or evidence that a particular software product supports these rules. Do not load into live inventory.

## Sample rate fixture

Property: Example Training Hotel. Room: Sample Double. Currency: GBP. Basis: per room per night for two adults. Stay: 10 to 14 May 2027, four nights. Nights of 10 and 11 May: £100 each. Nights of 12 and 13 May: £120 each. For this arithmetic exercise only, no other taxes, supplements, fees, discounts or markups apply. Expected net room total: £440.

The fixture intentionally leaves occupancy variants, child rates, release periods and cancellation conditions unspecified. Do not infer those terms. Use your authorised source contract to define them before testing.

Record the system configuration, test date and tester. Ask a second reviewer to check the agreed rule and arithmetic. Keep source amendments with the test record and repeat affected cases after a change. An empty result is untested, not a pass.
