FREE AI SKILLS FOR HR, by Bryq
==============================

12 ready-made skills that help your AI assistant do everyday HR work well:
hiring briefs, job ads, interview kits, debriefs, onboarding plans and more.

Each skill tells your AI what to ask you, how to work, and what the finished
document should look like. You check the draft; people make every decision.

STEP 1: WHICH AI DO YOU USE?
----------------------------

CLAUDE
  1. Open the folder "For Claude and company ChatGPT".
  2. In Claude, open Customize, then Skills. Click +, then "Create skill",
     then "Upload a skill".
  3. Choose the file for the skill you want (for example
     create-hiring-brief.zip). Don't open it first.
Don't see "Skills"? In Settings > Capabilities, switch on "Code execution
and file creation" (skills need it).
On a company account, your IT team may need to switch it on.

CHATGPT THROUGH YOUR COMPANY
  1. Open the folder "For Claude and company ChatGPT".
  2. In ChatGPT, open Plugins, then Skills, and click Create, then
     "Upload from your computer".
  3. Choose the file for the skill you want.
Don't see "Skills"? Your company may not have switched it on.
Use the steps for your own ChatGPT account below instead.

CHATGPT, YOUR OWN ACCOUNT
  1. Open the folder "Copy and paste (ChatGPT, Copilot, others)" and open the
file for the skill you want. Select all the text and copy it.
  2. In ChatGPT, click "New project" in the left sidebar and name it after
the skill. In the project, click "..." (more options), then "Project
settings", and paste into the instructions.
  3. Chat inside that project whenever you need the skill.
Tip: also add the matching file from the "Examples" folder to the project.

MICROSOFT COPILOT
  1. Open the folder "Copy and paste (ChatGPT, Copilot, others)" and copy
the instructions for the skill you want.
  2. Open the Microsoft Copilot app (it used to be called the Microsoft 365
app) or Copilot on the web, not the Copilot sidebar in Edge. In the left
pane, under Agents, click "New agent", then "Skip to configure".
  3. Name it after the skill, paste into Instructions and click "Create".
Open your agent whenever you need the skill.
Don't see "New agent"? Your IT team may have switched it off. Paste the
instructions at the start of a chat instead. It will work for that chat.

ANY OTHER AI (Gemini, Mistral and others)
Copy the instructions for the skill from "Copy and paste (ChatGPT, Copilot,
others)" and paste it as the first message of a new chat. Then add your
  notes or documents.

Not sure? Use "Copy and paste". It works in every AI.

STEP 2: ASK FOR WHAT YOU NEED
-----------------------------

Just ask in your own words, for example:
"Turn these intake notes into a hiring brief."
"Summarise these interview notes for the debrief."
"Make a 30-60-90 day plan for our new Ops Lead."
Paste your notes, job ad or scorecards. If something is missing, the skill
asks once, then drafts with [TBC] where you need to fill in.

STEP 3: CHECK THE DRAFT
-----------------------

The skill prepares the document. It never scores, ranks or decides on people
by itself. Review every draft before you use or share it.

BEFORE YOU USE
--------------

- Use an AI assistant your company has approved for work data.
- Share only what the task needs. Initials or IDs work fine.
- Check every draft, and record decisions where you normally do.
- Rules on AI in hiring and data protection differ by country. If unsure,
ask your HR, legal or data protection contact.
More in "Use safely.txt".
