# Asset Velocity > Asset Velocity designs and builds institutional infrastructure and proprietary AI systems for banks and regulated financial firms. We turn the firm's expertise, data and operating knowledge into capabilities it owns, governs and can develop. Based in Luxembourg, we work globally, including Europe and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). We build for banks, investment firms, asset and wealth managers, management companies (ManCos), alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs), fund managers, family offices, hedge funds and private-capital firms. The institution defines the system. Its business, products, clients, responsibilities and ambitions determine what we build. The starting point may be an operation that cannot carry more work, analysis that takes too long to produce, or a service the firm wants to offer but cannot deliver with its current technology. We examine the requirement, design the architecture, connect the relevant data and systems, build, validate and hand over. The firm gains infrastructure its people can run and improve, with its knowledge retained and its controls built into the work. The bespoke scope can include: - Research and analysis: bring internal knowledge and external sources together, apply the firm's analytical methods, compare information and produce research briefs, dashboards or management analysis that can be traced and reviewed. - Client services and new products: turn the firm's expertise into a service clients can use. Examples to scope include a client reporting portal, a research service built around the firm's own methodology, or a tailored information service using its approved knowledge. - Operational infrastructure: connect reporting, onboarding, reconciliations, requests, approvals and oversight so the team can carry more work with clear responsibility and less repeated assembly. - Institutional knowledge and proprietary AI: make the firm's expertise, approved answers and decision context available across teams, with sources, access controls and review points. What the firm learns can remain with it and inform future work. The homepage gives concrete examples: regulatory filing assembly, including Form PF, Annex IV and the DORA Register of Information; vendor and delegate oversight; DDQs and investor questionnaires; call documentation; exception routing; and a firm knowledge base. These are examples within the wider capability. Each engagement is defined around the institution's requirement. The commercial objective is to give the firm capacity for more business, return senior time to work that needs judgement, and make services possible that reflect its own expertise. Data, sources, access, evidence and responsibility are designed into the system from the beginning. The institution remains accountable for consequential decisions. The Operations Diagnostic establishes where to invest first. For Luxembourg ManCos, AIFMs, fund managers and family offices, it is a founder- and CTO-led engagement at EUR 9,000 over three weeks. It examines the firm, selects one priority, models its cost and sets out what should change and what implementation would cost. The firm keeps the Capability Register, Cost Map, Priority Implementation Case and Board Decision Pack. Implementation is scoped and priced separately. For a defined capability or a different institutional requirement, the general introduction call is the starting point. Client-specific deliverables belong to the institution as defined in the signed engagement. Pre-existing tools and third-party software retain their applicable terms. The work includes documentation and handover so the firm can operate and extend what has been built. Asset Velocity is the business brand of Asset Velocity AI S.à r.l.-S, Luxembourg.
