# Travel chatbot buyer test script

Run these tests with verified information for your own business and supplier configuration. The questions below are demonstration scenarios, not recorded customer conversations. All observed-result fields are intentionally blank.

| Test | Scenario | Expected behaviour to agree with the supplier | Observed result and evidence | Pass or retest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Known business fact | Ask for the opening hours supplied in your approved test knowledge | Answer matches the source; the team can identify where the answer came from | | |
| Missing fact | Ask about a service detail that is absent from the approved knowledge | Acknowledge the gap and use the agreed clarification or handover route | | |
| Changed fact | Change a test opening time, then ask the same question again | Demonstrate the update and approval process; explain when old information stops being used | | |
| Live search | Provide dates, party, airport and budget, then change one requirement | Search reflects the latest brief; any price comes from the actual connected search process | | |
| Available adviser | Ask for a person halfway through a complex enquiry | Transfer the full conversation and latest brief so the customer can continue | | |
| Offline team | Repeat the handover request with the team marked offline | Explain the next step honestly; deliver the enquiry to the agreed place with its context | | |
